Job Title: Assistant Manager – Corporate Fundraising

Reporting line: Head -Institutional Sales

Location:

This function is based out of Delhi, in our Head office. The company shall add/remove locations based on the individual’s capability and company’s requirements.

Role:

Corporate Social Responsibility is the KEY WORD. We are looking for you if you can perform the below mentioned tasks:

  • Know and understand CSR and can get the CSR fund of corporate allocated to renewable energy/ rural development/ Sanitation etc related projects
  • Can design and build client specific proposals
  • Create a strategic plan for the organization
  • Can identify relevant NGO which work in the Agriculture/ Rural Upliftment/ Community Development
  • Can build network and nurture relationships
  • Strategic collaborations and partnerships development
  • Corporate Sponsorships development
  • Can create and manage database
  • Carry out donor engagement
  • Can make cold calls without getting cold
  • Can play with data on excel

Qualifications & Experience:

a. Education:
– The candidate should at least have a graduate degree
– MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred

b. Experience:
1-4 years of sales and marketing experience, especially in fund raising

c. Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Fund raising experience in the past organizations will be a differentiator
  • Ability to create relationships with the corporate
  • Proven sales record
  • Presentation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Logical thinking
  • Fluency in English
