Job Title: GET-Project Control Engineering
Reporting line: Deputy Project Manager
Location: New Delhi
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Qualified candidate will be groomed in Project Control Engineering. He/She will be groomed to handle responsibilities in Project Planning, Project Progress Management & Project Finance.
- Project Planning & Progress Management:
- Will be involved in Preparation of Project Execution Plan in close coordination with Construction/Installation Teams
- Will drive the Project Execution based on Project Plan by following up with Site Teams
- Will attend weekly Conference Calls with regional Teams, Prepare MOM, Close the MOM points by timely following up with accountable/responsible persons
- Prepare Weekly & Monthly Project Reports
- Documentation/Information Management
- Project Data Mining & Project Data Analytics
- Handle responsibilities as delegated by Manager/Supervisor
- Cost Engineering:
- Validate Project Budgets submitted by execution/Procurement Team for New Projects
- Monitor Actual Budget Consumption against approved Budget for each ongoing Project
- Prepare Monthly Project Wise Cash Flow and Compile them to create region Level Monthly Cash Flow
- Project Ledger updates and management
- Prepare Monthly Project Status Report – Schedule & Cost
- Handle responsibilities as delegated by Manager/Supervision
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
The candidate should be from engineering background with bachelor’s degree in either Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering.
Preference will be given to Female Candidate.
Experience:
- Civil/Mechanical Engineers with around 6 months of experience in Quantity Surveying would be preferred.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Computer Literate
- Basic abilities in MS excel for Fresh Graduates/Intermediate abilities in MS excel for experienced candidate
- Analytical mindset
- Good Communication skills
- Mildly assertive personality
