Job Title: Manager – Consumer Sales
Reporting line: Head -Institutional Sales
Location:
This function is based out of our Uttar Pradesh office and will also require extensive travel in that region. The company shall add/remove locations based on the individual’s capability and company’s requirements.
Role:
- Build team for carrying out effective sales
- Create channel network for increasing sales of solar water pumping systems in the country
- Achieve targets
- Build relation with banks /has previous experience in loan processing , sale purchase and loan / funding of high end products in rural setup
- Monitor achievement of targets
- Create network with bankers in the rural areas
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Reporting
Qualifications & Experience:
a. Education:
– The candidate should at least have a graduate degree preferably in Agriculture/ Economics/Science.
– MBA preferred
b. Experience:
1-4 years of rural sales experience
c. Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Team management
- Microsoft word, excel, power point
- Networking capabilities
- Potential to sell
- Strong willed
- Willing to work in rural areas
