Job Title: Installation Engineer
Reporting line: Manager installation
Location: Orissa
The company shall add more locations based on the individual’s capability and the company’s requirements
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution, coordination and monitoring of all Solar Pumping Projects.
- Maintaining Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Construction Safety on site.
- Co-ordination with Procurement, Design team, Central Projects office, client consultant and vendors.
- Coordination with client for JCC (Joint commissioning Certification).
- Raising the material requirement, following up and allocation of activities
- Preparation of sub-contractor bills.
- Furnish daily updates of sites to installation Manager.
- Responsible for overall progress & completion of all the works within the scheduled time.
- Preparation of Monthly Reconciliation of all the Building Materials.
- Maintaining inventory of the project.
- Should be able to handle different teams simultaneously.
- Must be from Electrical / Mechanical background.
Qualifications & Experience:
A. Education: B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical OR Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical from a recognized university.
B. Experience: Diploma with 3-4 years of industry experience in EPC / Solar industry OR B.E with 2-3 years of experience
C. Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- In depth technical knowledge
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues.
- Good written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Key skills – Project Planning, Cost Control, Operations Management, Contract Management, Detail Engineering, Installation, Commissioning, Site Management, Execution
