Job Title: Manager – Consumer Sales

Reporting line: Head -Institutional Sales

Location:

This function is based out of our Uttar Pradesh office and will also require extensive travel in that region. The company shall add/remove locations based on the individual’s capability and company’s requirements.

 Role:

  • Build team for carrying out effective sales
  • Create channel network for increasing sales of solar water pumping systems in the country
  • Achieve targets
  • Build relation with banks /has previous experience in loan processing , sale purchase and loan / funding of high end products in rural setup
  • Monitor achievement of targets
  • Create network with bankers in the rural areas
  • Ensure timely collection of payments
  • Reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

a. Education:
– The candidate should at least have a graduate degree preferably in Agriculture/ Economics/Science.
– MBA preferred

b. Experience:
1-4 years of rural sales experience

c. Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Team management
  • Microsoft word, excel, power point
  • Networking capabilities
  • Potential to sell
  • Strong willed
  • Willing to work in rural areas
